Why it hurts so much
For many women, leaving a toxic or emotionally unsafe relationship is not just a break up- it can feel like a loss of self. These relationships often involve cycles of closeness and withdrawal, criticism and affection or control masked as care. Over time this can erode confidence, distort self trust and create a deep emotional dependency rooted in survival rather than love.
My work is dedicated to helping women uncover and address the deep core beliefs and subconscious pattens that keep them stuck in repeated cycles.
When we start to heal from the inside out our choices in love look completely different, peace over chaos, safety over intensity, calm communication over conflict. clarity over confusion.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural, evidence-based therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and positive suggestion to help people access the subconscious mind where many of our habits, fears, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored.
It is not sleep, not mind control, and not a loss of awareness. During hypnosis, clients remain conscious, in control, and able to stop the session at any time. Most people describe it as feeling deeply calm, focused, and inwardly aware similar to the state just before falling asleep, or becoming fully absorbed in a film or daydream.
